As the
Marketing Intern , you will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Partnerships to support internal marketing initiatives, communications, and marketing operations. This position provides hands-on experience in a professional business environment while assisting with content creation, event preparation, CRM management, and a variety of marketing projects that support the organization's growth and engagement efforts.
As the
Marketing Intern , you will:
Create graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
Assist with internal communications and employee engagement content.
Organize and maintain marketing assets, photos, videos, and digital files.
Edit short videos for internal communications and social media.
Support conference and event preparation, including promotional materials and logistics.
Assist with HubSpot CRM updates, email marketing campaigns, contact management, and marketing reporting.
Conduct market research and compile findings to support marketing initiatives for local chambers.
Assist with website content updates and proofreading marketing materials.
Track marketing activities and prepare basic reports.
Provide administrative support for marketing projects and special initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience with HubSpot CRM through coursework, internships, or hands-on experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative work style.
A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced professional environment.
